I want to place an order online. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and of course, PayPal.
I want to order online and collect it in-store but I don’t see an option for that.
If you wish to collect your order in person, please leave a note stating that you would like to do so before completing your order.
I just placed my order online. How long will it take to process and dispatch?
We aim to confirm an order in 24 hours and send out a shipping confirmation in 48 hours from the time your order is placed. This time frame may vary, particularly during festive or holiday periods, so your patience is greatly appreciated!
Am I able to change my order?
We will try our best to accommodate any modifications to your order. Please contact us as at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Can I track my order online?
Yes you can. We will send you a confirmation email along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
What about taxes?
For our domestic clients, no additional charges will apply for orders shipped within Malaysia.
For our international clients, however, your order may be subject to your local import duties and taxes. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
