Custom Orders

Custom orders are available throughout the year with most of our brand partners, with some being exclusively available during trunk shows.

For example, MTM tailored clothing and leisurewear is available with P. Johnson throughout the year with a qualified WJ & Co. team member. MTM tailored clothing with Ring Jacket, however, is only available during trunk shows.

While most of our brand partners offer MTOs throughout the year, each custom order program is different for each one, so we encourage you to contact us to place your custom order.

Made-to-Order (MTO)

MTO is where you select from pre-set styles and sizes with limited design options. We will assist you in determining the available options, such as colours and materials.

Made-to-Measure (MTM)

MTM is a more expansive version of MTO, with fit customisations and additional design options available.

Trunk Shows

Trunk shows are events where we host our brand partners for a short period of time. This provides clients with the opportunity to connect directly with the people behind the brands.

Appointments are strongly encouraged during trunk shows to ensure you secure enough time to consult with our teams.
