If you are unable to select your country when selecting your shipping method, please contact us directly to place your order.
We aim to confirm your order within 24 hours, and have it shipped out within 48 hours from the time your order is confirmed. Shipping to most countries will take between 6 and 10 business days.
Please note that this time frame may vary, particularly during festive or holiday periods. Your patience during these busy times is greatly appreciated.
WJ & Co. has a 10-day return policy upon the receipt of your order.
Returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or for store credit. Unfortunately, refunds are not available at this time.
To be eligible for a return, the returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn, and must include original packaging and tags. We will not accept shoes with scuffed or scratched soles, or with soles which show use of wear. As such, we recommend trying on your shoes on soft or carpeted surfaces.
If you would like to initiate a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorisation. Any shipping fees paid as part of your order is non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping to you may be deducted from your original order total. You will be responsible for any shipping costs involved with the return of your order. If any returned merchandise is rejected, these will be reshipped to the customer.
Please note that all deposits, discounted merchandise or merchandise on sale, fees, gift cards, Made-to-Orders and personalised merchandise are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
